Shipping/Returns

SHIPPING:

Orders placed after 3:30 p.m. (PT) will be processed on the next business day. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. holidays. DistribuDent currently ships to U.S. customers only.


RETURN POLICY:

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a return authorization number, which can be acquired by using this form:  Return Authorization Form

Note: Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be sent back at customer’s expense.

  • In order to receive credit, item must be returned complete and in saleable condition within 30 days of invoice date.
  • No returns accepted after 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Discontinued, obsolete, expired, damaged or opened items will not be accepted for return.
  • Amount credited will be based on invoice price, less 15% for restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited.
  • ZIRento Milling Discs with surface imperfections are sold as is and are not eligible for returns.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Please retain a copy of the original invoice for return reference.

  1. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to customer.

  2. Email completed form to mail@distribudent.com to request a return authorization number.

  3. Once approved, an email will be sent with the return authorization number. Note the number in the space provided below.

  4. Package goods to be returned carefully. Include completed form and a copy of the original invoice in the shipment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Ship the package(s) back to DistribuDent using the return label. Return shipping charge will be deducted from the credit.
